Now that winter has set in, it’s time to think about hitting the slopes. There’s always a big debate over the best ski areas in the county. According to Forbes magazine, 6 of the top ten ski resorts in the country are in Colorado Utah, while the rest are in California and Wyoming. Fans of Utah say the snow only falls in powder form. Fans of Colorado say there is no better ski terrain than the resorts in that state. Arizonans, well we say you can ski all day and drive back to Phoenix and get in the pool at night. New Mexico, the land of enchantment, claims the best panoramic views. The good news is, you just have to know which of those things you like best to find the right place to ski.

Over the years, we’ve written about a lot of the great winter sports and ski areas in the four corners states. So here is a roundup of those articles to help you choose where you’d like to hit the slopes! And we will be adding more ski areas to the list in the coming month so stay tuned.
